The organisation’s headquarters in Accra has a staff of full time personnel and several occasional resource persons. In addition, there are correspondents and researchers in nearly every country in West Africa. It also has a network of lawyers in West Africa who provide legal assistance.
The Organisation has a generally gender-balanced Board and Staff made up of three females and five males on the Board, and nearly equal members of female and male staff.
